Bio
Mr. Cicack is a partner in the litigation firm of Hawash Cicack & Gaston LLP. He practices primarily in commercial related litigation, including restructuring and creditors’ rights, complex contract disputes, business divorces, restrictive covenant matters, financial related matters, and professional liability matters. Mr. Cicack has represented large companies, as well as middle market business organizations. He has chaired a number of complex commercial jury trials, as well as bench trials and arbitrations. He practices in all state and federal courts throughout the State of Texas. In addition, he is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Mr. Cicack’s commercial litigation practice is varied, however, many of the cases he has handled involve disputes between business partners, corporate raiding and fiduciary duty disputes, trade secrets and restrictive covenant disputes, and insurance broker/agent-related disputes.
