Bio
Kristin Reis is a Senior Associate who practices primarily in commercial litigation, including fraud, contract disputes, professional liability, and business torts . Kristin’s practice focuses on strategizing, organizing, and managing complex litigation matters. Kristin works with clients on all aspects of their matters by evaluating potential resolutions, drafting and arguing dispositive and pre-trial motions, conducting all aspects of pre-trial discovery, and developing and implementing case strategy. Kristin also has appellate experience and has argued before the First Court of Appeals in Houston.
Kristin was raised in a small town in Utah. After graduating with honors from the University of Utah, Kristin attended law school at Baylor Law School in Waco, Texas. During her years at Baylor she served on the Baylor Law Review and clerked with the Central Texas Child Protection Court in Belton, Texas and the Third Court of Appeals in Austin. Kristin’s career has predominantly been with boutique litigation firms in both Fort Bend and Harris Counties.
